Weleda Skin Consultation
This is perfect for you if you have any specific skin concerns. Karla will discuss with you your skin, health & lifestyle and she will cleanse your skin, apply a hot compress, then moisturiser to see how your skin responds. She will create a tailored treatment plan with suggested lifestyle guidance and skincare advice. There is no obligation but if you wish to buy Weleda products, Karla will apply a 20% discount from her Weleda shop.

Indian Head Massage
Massage is seen as an integral part of vitality and ageing well within Ayurveda. Indian head massage is a beautiful way to unwind, let go of built up tension, and sink into relaxation and calm. I prefer to offer this as a lying down treatment rather than sitting up, so the body can fully relax. I use Ayurvedic warm oils, beginning with a back massage, then decollete, upper arms, neck, face, ending with a head/ scalp massage. It is effective for reducing stress/ tension and calming the nervous system.
