Amanda Brown Amanda Brown BSC (Hons) LCHE, MARH Director / Homeopath

Amanda trained in and practised Homeopathy in London for several years prior to moving to Scotland in 2011. She integrates Naturopathic advice into her Homeopathic practice, and regularly uses Bach Flower Remedies and Australian Bush Flower Essences alongside Homeopathic remedies to enhance her client’s healing process.

Kate Clark Kate Clark BSoM Meditation Teacher, Mental Health First Aider

Kate is qualified and registered with the British School of Meditation, having practised for ten years. Kate teaches a range of meditation techniques with an emphasis on gentle breath work. Sessions will help you to: develop your focus and attention, calm your mind, and train the body’s ability to relax. All sessions are designed so that you can take what you learn with you, into daily life.

Katie Cole Katie Cole SRMT, BSc (Environmental Science) Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist

Katie has enjoyed working as a massage therapist for 14 years. She studied with the London School of Sports Massage, gaining the Level 5 Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy and also offers Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Katie is a keen long distance trail runner, climber and general outdoor sport enthusiast. Katie is also a qualified yoga teacher and offers clients rehabilitation advice to support injury recovery. Katie works holistically in her practice, offering treatments tailored to each client’s needs.

Sorcha Fraser-Swatton Sorcha Fraser-Swatton Dip Kin, Dip MBM Kinesiologist

Sorcha is a Natural Therapist, specialising in Kinesiology and Energy Healing. She is based in Aberfeldy and is currently only offering remote appointments. Sorcha integrates several healing modalities in her practice, including Kinesiology, Acupressure, Flower Essences and Homeopathy.

Sarah Holder Sarah Holder FwSS, PEFH Zen Shiatsu Practitioner, Energy Field Healer and Tai Chi Qigong Instructor

Sarah has been practising Shiatsu since 2004. She first became interested in energy work and Traditional Chinese Medicine to find a cure for her eczema. Studying shiatsu was as much a journey of self development as a desire to empower others, and how our body’s physical health can often be connected to unresolved emotional issues and stress. After making changes in her personal life her eczema cleared up. Her further training in Energy Field Healing and Qigong instructor is to empower clients in improving and maintaining their own health; and to support their own personal awakening journey.

Alice McNeil Alice McNeil BA (Outdoor Studies), MSc (Physiotherapy), MSc (Psychology), HCPC, RYT Yoga Teacher, Physiotherapist

Alice is a Registered Physiotherapist, Registered Yoga Teacher with her Level 1 Certificate in Mindfulness Based Practices. Through her own practice and analysis of contemporary research, she realised that physical recovery is far more sustainable when psychological and environmental factors are also fully considered. In Clinical Yoga, Alice expertly combines her disciplines to provide a multi-faceted approach for true healing to occur.

Karla Nolan Karla Nolan Natural Beauty Therapist & Weleda Esthetician

Karla trained in Complementary Therapy before qualifying as a Nurse in 2012, and has since trained in Ayurvedic massage, Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift, and is also a Weleda Holistic Esthetician.
Karla offers facial treatments including Weleda Facials, Skin Consultations, Ayurvedic facial massage with the aim to support mental health and wellness, and at the same time promote radiance and vitality from within, whatever age.

Giridhar Ravi Giridhar Ravi BSc (Physiotherapy), MSc (Applied Physiotherapy), HCPC, MCSP Physiotherapist

Giridhar (known simply as Ravi) moved to the UK from India in 2006, and has been living in Inverness since 2008. Ravi works as Specialist Physiotherapist in Palliative care at Highland Hospice alongside his private practice at our Centre.

Andy Rockall Andy Rockall BSC (Hons) LCHE Homeopath

Andy’s passion for homeopathy was ignited over 20 years ago, and in recent years he has worked as a Homeopath in Inverness and Aviemore. He is regularly consulted on a wide range of conditions, and he has given many talks on Homeopathy. His love of the great outdoors has allowed him to work with sports injuries on a regular basis.

Marta Sikora Marta Sikora BSc (Hons) Psychology, MSc (Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy), BABCP & BACP Registered Psychotherapist

Marta is a bilingual psychotherapist (English/Polish). She gained her degrees in Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) from the University of Salford.
Marta specializes in working with adult clients (18+) with complex difficulties. Her clinical perspective is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. Drawing on her broad experience, she provides holistic and clinically tailored therapeutic approaches to help her clients achieve and maintain meaningful changes in their lives. She offers sessions in both English and Polish and is the BABCP and BACP registered practitioner.

Pavel Skapa Pavel Skapa MA CSS Massage Therapist, Reflexologist

Pavel studied Swedish Massage and Reflexology at Scottish Massage School in Edinburgh and holds a certificate in both. He completed two levels of hands-free massage at KnotStressed institute in Edinburgh and trained with a teacher of Esalen massage and Scaraveli yoga. Previously, Pavel studied and has a degree in Psychology. He has been implementing CranioSacral therapy and Somatoemotional release into his treatments as he proceeds with further training. He is an enthusiastic tai chi and meditation practitioner.

Frances has experience working with young people and families, supporting those who have experienced trauma, distress, loss, addictions and many other challenges.
Frances is qualified to work with young people and adults and is a member of the PVG Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Scheme, as well as a COSCA Registered Therapist.

Karen Tiffin Karen Tiffin BSc(Hons) Midwifery, Dip(HPD), Dip(ACHMT) Clinical Hypnotherapist

Karen is an experienced clinical hypnotherapist working in Inverness and the surrounding areas. Her approach is to put clients at their ease from the outset with a professional approach that is also relaxed and friendly. Karen works in partnership with her clients to achieve positive results, allowing clients to take control of particular issues that they want to change or improve in their lives. Karen holds the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma and is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. She is also fully insured and holds a PVG Certificate.

Emma Victoria Emma Victoria CBP BodyTalk, EFT and Reiki Therapist

Emma comes from a background in music and was a professional singer and teacher for over 20 years. Good singing involves being well in body, mind and soul and she gradually became more and more interested in alternative ways of healing, well-being and prevention. Her journey led to Emotional Freedom Technique, in which she certified in 2021 and then to BodyTalk and she certified as a practitioner in April 2023. She is passionate about both therapies and what they can do, helping clients get to the root cause of imbalance and illness and stimulating the body’s own self-healing capacity. Emma is also trained in traditional Usui Reiki. She uses a combination of Usui Reiki and energy medicine techniques to create a nurturing session tailored to your needs.

Wendy Urwin Wendy Urwin BSc (Hons) PG Cert mBANT CNHCreg Registered Nutrition Practitioner

Personal experience taught Wendy how nutrition & lifestyle medicine can have an overwhelming influence on health and wellbeing.
She is the only Functional Medicine trained practitioner in the north of Scotland. Her special interest is the gut microbiome and how changes in the gut can lead to systemic inflammation and disease.
