We offer evidence-based psychological therapy, assessments, and consultancy to individuals, families, and organisations. Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored—combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to meet each person’s unique needs.
We support people experiencing trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, addiction, depression, bullying, OCD, and chronic pain. We also offer specialist care in areas such as cancer support, gender identity, and neurodivergence, including ADHD assessment and gender-affirming diagnosis.
Our services extend beyond therapy. We offer consultancy and training for workplaces, educators, and third-sector organisations, with a focus on neurodiversity, transgender awareness, and trauma-informed practice. Our aim is to promote psychological safety and inclusion at both the individual and systemic levels.
We also recognise the healing value of creativity. Where appropriate, we integrate music and expressive approaches into therapy to support emotional connection, personal meaning, and post-traumatic growth.
We are proud to be associated with the Highland Wellness Centre in Inverness, a complementary therapy centre offering a variety of therapies to the community. The centre provides a safe and confidential setting with highly experienced and qualified therapists, delivering a wide range of healing modalities to support holistic well-being.
