Sarah has been practising Shiatsu since 2004. She first became interested in energy work and Traditional Chinese Medicine to find a cure for her eczema. Studying shiatsu was as much a journey of self development as a desire to empower others, and how our body’s physical health can often be connected to unresolved emotional issues and stress. After making changes in her personal life her eczema cleared up. Her further training in Energy Field Healing and Qigong instructor is to empower clients in improving and maintaining their own health; and to support their own personal awakening journey.
